btw, re: "12 year base breakout,"
did you know MIKP was in limbo on the gray sheets
since getting booted in 2012,
only returning to pinks again this past summer.

so the decade prior to 2023
was effectively cold storage for this ticker,
during which time, mark didn't do anything productive
with the IPs he had optioned over that decade.

I began trading the OTC in 2006 and have followed many tickers and stories along the way, and $MIKP I am very familiar with from over the years. To be honest another trader buddy of mine would constantly reference this stock ticker and it became an inside joke between the two of us and we sort of mockingly followed the story as it played out. When it went to the greys I assumed it was dead for good but when it came back and I checked the chart and saw how it was still holding and building the same base from way back when, I couldn't believe it. I didn't want to just jump in at .001+ when it began trading and I assumed that it was going to take off from there, but I told myself if it fell back for whatever reason I was going to load the boat. The thing about a base like this is that, for whatever reason, it very often correlates with a successful uplisting and breakout. I have my theories as to why the correlation is so strong, but all I know is bases like this very often turn into very good investments if given time. I knew that with this share structure a reverse split was likely going to be needed if they were to actually want to uplist, so when the split was announced it made sense to me and I knew I had to buy into the selloff because this was exactly what I was wanting to see play out.

And in response to the quote above, yes those long dormant phases which extend these bases out longer and longer are very common to see when you do see a base this large. The simple fact that this base is still being formed at 12+ years and the company came back from the greys tells me a whole lot, but imo the market won't really catch on until the pps is back testing .001+ or .05+ post split. If the asks are as thin as I think they will be, then getting back to those sort of bullish levels is not going to be all too difficult.
