I see Renee has just posted that the Q suffix, indicating a bankruptcy filing, will be added to our ticker tomorrow. I have a lot of confidence in these types of postings by Renee. But we'll continue trading.

Closing a virtual office doesn't phase me. I cancelled DirectTV, and probably saved more money than the company has by closing the NJ "office."

I think I mentioned details related to the SEC action in real time. Two years later, I also noted that the restriction period against one of the defendants had expired, and I would welcome his return here. He was absolutely crucial in the formation of Humanigen, and I think he could be an asset going forward, as well. I don't want to talk more about it, because I see that some of the court records are sealed, and I can't be sure that I'm right.

I strongly disagree that management is not trying to force a favorable regulatory decision on lenz. I think we have recruited allies who have invested in clinical trials using lenz, and their efforts to prove the safety and efficacy of lenz with their drug, or their platform, will help to force FDA authorization or approval.

Also, the ASH presentation was just concluded last month. The news was very significant. I'll be happy to see management make millions by exercising their stock options, because I will also have the opportunity to make (far fewer) millions my investment.
