KEGS doesnt have a third Venue. Maggie's is being purchased by 1812 ON THE RIVER, LLC (DOS #7193812) is a Domestic Limited Liability Company in Watertown, New York registered with the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). They have no connection to KEGS

The LLC is not listed as a subsidiary of KEGS nor has KEGS disclosed any involvement with purchasing a 3rd venue. Like I said, Maggies is not part of KEGS. If KEGS or a subsidiary made a purchase or intended on purchasing another venue it would have to be disclosed since KEGS is a publicly traded company. They have made no such disclosure.
