Well I posted a few weeks back that I noticed in their filings, they all took a huge pay cut (cut about 90% of their salary) and figured they'd get their money through shares awarded. Only ones hurt are the common shareholders, but they don't seem to mind. It's the first of the year so I get it (even though Chang recently exercised shares).
In reality, does it matter much if they overpay them via salary, or overpay them in the form of rewards? And they surely can't make payroll anyway, so the company would have to issue more shares (can't recall where they are with authorized to issued right now).
It's pretty apparent they have bamboozled the shareholders (at least here anyway) into believing there is going to be some magic payout (even though from my readings) they can't due to Nevada restrictions. So, shareholders don't care what happens to the share price.

The only thing I'm curious now is how the lawsuit against Emil and his wife for dumping shares is going to work out.
Oh yeah, and now watching Kevin and his buddy take on new deals. Kevin is in desperate need of some home repairs.
