I'm not picking a side. I read charts and right now, the chart sucks. It may look better at a later date and I will say so.
I am not short this stock, nor any stock. Not that I don't think you can't make money doing it, I just find it distasteful, even though I do play the Don't's on a Craps table. I know stocks tend to drop twice as fast as they rise.
So, back to you again. As mentioned, I don't care if you are long or short. I just read for honest posts. If you say you see a trend changing, then that's fine, however, you tend to post strongly for one side or the other as if something is happening within the company. Even though we both know, this stock is swinging based on the buying or dumping of the stock.
This company has changed from paying a decent salary to a pay structure of stock rewards and I believe you will continue to see stock dumping by the officers and a huge dumping from the CEO's wife (unless the courts put a stop to it).
What I'd like just ONE person to explain is, IF the company plans to pay out to common shareholders via a large settlement dividend, why would they be dumping their shares now?
I'd also like someone to explain how it gets done considering Nevada laws may prevent it.
