Trust everyone had a great New Years.
We are now into a brand-new year, and nothing has changed with respect to BCNN.
I read a few post that tried to explain the reason why we are trading in a lateral position, and they are misguided and have no understanding where we are currently.
It isn't upcoming dilution or the heavy A/S. This is nonsense.
The current issue is trading in a lateral pattern is simply because we are in a limbo state.
As i have mentioned in an earlier post, the street still has not established the MA and I expect the name change will commence the second week of January. It is then that the share price will move to fair value. This will be our catalyst.
2024 brings us a new symbol, new company, new direction with respect to growth and a REV generating balance sheet.
Until we get the OFFICIAL notification, we will continue to trade with low volume and bouncing back and forth.
This is the current situation!
If anything, this is a great opportunity to average in and for the fence sitters, a good time to take a position.
