Hi Glenn, Happy New Year! Regarding your question "do you think the ticker-change process would precede a PR on a merger?". I would say not necessarily. When I was in T$NP several years ago they announced and changed the ticker after several other PR's and filings. Since Venkat is a man of action and few words, he may just robotically do his filings and ticker change first and follow with a PR. Hard to predict with him. I do feel it will all come together quickly once he gets the ball rolling.
