What's tonight?
(edit) Actually, I steer clear of any celebrations on New Years Eve, cap.
I consider it "amateur night!"
I was sixteen when I played my first NYE. I was in a pickup trio that featured
an unknown John Davidson, later of fame and fortune in showbiz.
We played in a basement rec room on Long Island. It was my first real opportunity
to witness the stages of alcohol "socialization."
