Profit margin if contract is revenue for contract minus contract expenses

You need to factor non contract expenses like payroll of company legal fees for filing, rent of office etc

But even discounting 50 percent of that we should be almost 7 times current price

That is not even including the other 500 million in contracts that should be rolling in
