I put a bid in yesterday at .18 when the price was at .185 and it wouldn't budge. I changed the order to .185 and it filled at .18, go figure. Bought more today too but just hit the ask at .165. There are WAY MORE shares available on the ask from CSTI/GTSM than 10k.
