Delfin could certainly argue that the deal with Gunvor became available during the time between FERC and Delfin’s supposed October FID requiring the extension of FID date. There’s certainly more behind the scenes than what’s being shared publicly, and it’s going to make an incredible story when it’s all said & done.

I can appreciate the company’s transparency when necessary while also avoiding the drama/speculation entirely. They’re straight down to business.
