Upndown, There will undoubtedly be renewed discussions with the pharmas interested in ADHD, but I wouldn't expect a deal to be actually inked prior to the FDA decision. They'll get the negotiations rolling again, perhaps put together some interim term sheets, etc. Neuro probably has a better handle on how advanced the negotiations might conceivably get pre-FDA decision. Dr. Stoll said there was a great deal of ADHD oriented BP partnering interest prior to the hold, so there shouldn't be any shortage of interested parties. CX-717 has the potential to be the best in class ADHD med in the world, with none of the systemic side effects or abuse potential of existing meds.

Ombow, Any bio company with a $60 mil market cap is always going to have lots of uncertainties. The landscape just became a lot clearer for Cortex this week though. It went from being a company with a lead compound that was in big trouble, to a company with a lead compound with an 85% or better chance to continue advancing in the clinic. This development breathes new life into the company's funding/financing options also, which is a critical factor as well. The way I see it, since CX-717 has renewed life, Cortex as a company has renewed life.
