You are wrong, if you read all the sec filings, it says an additional 10 business days after the Dec 19th, which will be in January 2024, to subscribe for the remaining shares into a business combination company, also the trust is only for US government securities and that's what Bioamber is, government part of DOE, so the 1.4B divided into our shares could be our lottery for Bioamber shareholders from kahc
