have to agree the NWS was taking all new equity gain

on the 200B paid back with 300B

GOV can agree - as Treasury is the stand in investor

Yet - over 15 years - GOV can point to accounting standards and definitions and consider all but the NWS > 10% as dividends (which then moots the 300B v 200B)

Again - I wait - hope for - the GOV saying exactly that -- 300B is plenty on the 200B -- done. But the accounting world does not agree
