Telling people there is "no" vote on December 18th, and that it is on December 19th @ 10am and best to vote a few minutes before can be considered a crime, or SEC violation by attempting to obstruct the shareholder voting process by using false and misleading information that you deemed as fact ("you can only vote on this day, 12/19 ...")
You specifically said there was no vote on 12/18, that what I posted was in error and wrong and that your information is somehow correct.
Zorax also confirmed this, by saying you can vote well before the meeting, during, and after ("postmarked"). Not every shareholder has the ability to vote exactly at 10am December 19th, and why you added "best to vote a few minutes earlier" is unusual. This is why shareholders were notified weeks prior.
As stated, the deadline to cast your vote is 12/18/2023. This is to ensure all votes are tallied up and counted. After 12/18, the proxyvote portal may no longer work, but one can still join the meeting on 12/19 and cast their vote that way, too.
There are thousands of shareholders. It makes absolutely no sense for all of them to show up exactly as you stated, on 12/19 @ 10am to vote during an annual shareholder event.
Again, this is why the message went out to shareholders in advance.

This is wrong. You vote online Tuesday Dec 19th at 10 am but best to vote a few minutes earlier.
