If that was a private email or something whatever has been posted here or the 4 or 5 filings I looked did not state publicly about any Dec 18th vote date. If this data was sent to each individual shareholder that is something that should have been noted on the posts. It's irrelevant to the percentage of the readers on this thread who are not shareholders. It should have been noted on the posts and would have avoided the confusion.
