True, I didn't consider it this way. All I knew is that it most definitely had merit and I am certain there is a lawyer willing and able to pursue it. Which is why the threat of further lawsuits will have to be the hammer wielded for the 2 GSE to get a decent deal done for release.

@FFFacts It is a clear case of illegal taking, but SCOTUS ruled with lower court that said the GSE themselves have to file claims of overpayment not shareholders.
