maybe no historical wins on the taking - has a lot to do with the 20% left in our hands --- saving the GOV's bacon in a taking argument - BE IT SAID or in the mind of the judges

as I noted to Bradford - if and when GOV tries to dilute our implied - real - 20% to near zero ownership for FIRST TIME in blood by a conversion of the LP and SP --- and go from 80% to full takeover of everything - the new lawsuits will win BIG for original equity - be it common or JPS
