Form 211 needs to be completed and submitted by sponsoring mm to finra. 30 days seems to be the time frame and submission will be based on current company information. The article stated other mms can potentially try to piggyback on quoting-trading but it’s designed for one mm to have control for 30
Days. I may be looking at the bland version as we all know that all will try to jump onboard if and when it’s tradeable. It’s worth reviewing rules as each persons interpretation will vary. All I have at this time so enjoy the day.
