Hi Cotton, Thanks for your comments on the Framework Agreement timeline. An insightful observation that for whatever reason that December 15th 2024 date was put out as till the time when they would not dispose of their Sub-Debt holdings...

Regardless of that, what is stopping LBHI from distributing the "Interim Distribution" that the Judgement awarded to LBHI to its 'subordinated Debt holders' because LBHI's lawyers specifically stated to the Court and the other parties to the Litigation, that there were 'contractual obligations' towards 'its Subordinate Debt-holders' in order to enter into this Settlement Agreement clearing the way for the ECAPS to receive their Share of the "Interim Distribution"? TIA & GLTU!
