Lol there is a blackout period for 2 weeks ahead of an earnings report for any and all insiders restricting them from selling stock inside that window ahead of the earnings report, its a December release its the 15th of december the last trading day of december this year is the 29th you're out of time stupid became your reality 2 days ago.
