O'Leary is still a tour guide at heart.

I have never seen as many pumping 8-Ks and press releases as O'Leary has filed.

Go back through the years and all of them have been for pumping purposes only and none have come to fruition.

Dozens and dozens of 8-Ks about contracts and for the 2023 Q3 the revenue was around $82,000. After all of the contracts Darkpulse isn't generating much revenue and aren't profitable.

Basile used and abused O'Leary.

And Darkpulse is a sub-penny stock.
