Immigration encounters, actually mean immigrants being deported. I am still reading on this term called encounters. So if you encounter and immigrant, and that means that immigrant is scheduled to be deported. I was wondering why Fox News never clarifies this definition that they enjoy using daily. Maybe someone else could confirm what immigration encounter means.
