I think they will rule in favor of Jack, but could be a slim majority.

We know Crooked Thomas and Alito are automatic for Trump. I like to think, maybe wrong, they won't set such an improper precedent for the future for all Presidents and like I said to avoid Federal prosecution for any Crimes including serious ones like Rape and even Murder.


But there is a better chance they will agree not to hear the case fast track. Hoping they will instruct the appeals Court to, or the Appeals Court will on their own. However the Supreme Court knows they will have to deal with this issue one way or the other so maybe they might decide to get it out of the way now? wishful thinking on my part?
