Really confused. Not surprised. It seems quite often.

Talking about being immune against Criminal prosecution, all Criminal prosecution.

There is no discussion of what any President has been ever been Criminally Convicted of in the past. No President has been Charged Criminally before. Way to go Orange Jesus.

The discussion is whether a President is immune from any Criminal Prosecution of any Criminal conduct, not specific to the alleged Criminal conduct of Trump.

So context and analogy is spot on.
