#SCOTUS has *granted* Jack Smith's motion to expedite the petition for certiorari before judgment..

Will scrotus bend the knee to shittypants once again and say this single person has immunity above the law? Just granting the motion to think about it is a positive thing because they could have ignored it or refused it straight away.
I wouldn't put it past them. But maybe one or two paid of repulsecan judges may go with the center/left.. but certainly thomas and the drunk guy will not get involved.
