I believe what we're seeing is the result of the Trial Design. Remember this started as a 24 week Dosing trial. The two lower groups had no dose titration while the 2.4 mg group had 4 week titration. Once you were on the trial there could be no dose adjustment. Alt has said the majority of patients had trouble or dropped out in the first 16 weeks.

Because Lilly and Novo had experience with their drugs they knew titration was needed with the normal titration period of 22 weeks. Viking allowed titration
and dose adjusting.

I think they can manage this, In real life I would assume a doctor would start every patient at a minimum dose.

The Street is pushing these companies to present the greatest weight loss in the minimum time which is nothing but ludicrous.
