Na ah ah, the full KERP was not paid, incorrect. That needs to be re-read very slowly.
The KERP "amount" to continue operations through-out the process to completion was paid out.
That process has now ended with the company liquidated.
There is no "interpretation" of liquidated, the company "has been liquidated", ALL assets are gone.
