A drug patent is pretty much useless without going through FDA approved clinical trials.
If you remember - GW Pharmaceutical spent over $100 million on clinical trials and they also had to get approval from the DEA for Epidiolex which was to reduce seizures in children - to treat Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome in patients 2 and older.
I am looking for the patent number - many times these OTC scams file a Provisional Patent which is a placeholder for 12 months.
The first year on the market it generated $300 million in revenue.
If Feldenkrais is going to get a generic cream and add CBD - they won't have to go through clinical trials - but the sales will be minimal.
Just look at CVSI - they haven't done very well and they have a deal with CVS for their CBD products.
Lots of penny stock scams originating from Israel - and several are about marijuana.
This is just another pump from Feldenkrais.
Remember, that 95 - 97% of all patents have no commercial value.
The OWCP scam was much more sophisticated than what Feldenkrais is trying to pull off.
