Except for the guy in Maryland but he is small potatoes and could easily be bought out.

There's nobody in Maryland. No one has any ownership in this. If that was the case, he would have been named in the list of last known members that the court ordered OWCP to provide. Kirkland would be able to go after him.

Kirkland has to be the only one who takes control either through buying the shell or seizure of assets. There is a $8 million dollar judgement against this.
