"My associate pressed the issue a little further asking what they saw on their end that prevented the dissolution. The response: "If a corporation is currently in bankruptcy proceedings, then the administrative dissolution for non-compliance is essentially paused."
The bankruptcy Proceeding are over. The Court doesn't discharge the Monitor until the bankruptcy case is closed. Did you and your friend think the Court was going to discharge the Monitor while the bankruptcy was still going on. That is ridiculous to believe.
