Delaware 4612067 - No other reason than I have an issue with fabricated lies.
All of the monitor's reports were posted publicly for years yet here we are.
Five full years Sept 18th that this was signed off by the courts and now we have merger talk again.
The company is gone. Showing "active" is a technicality, I've stated why here multiple times yet everyone chooses to ignore it.
Ignoring it is not making it go away. Nothing further is happening, it's done. That is a hard fact.
When someone wants to understand "why" then we can have that discussion.
We can discuss it day in, day out, 7 days a week for the next 5 years coming.
