Because the US is saving the best for last and the UK Administration is necessary to make a correct "precedent" for the US court system to make a judgement in any case. That's the flaw in our courts. This is a deliberate process. If you wanna really know why we're waiting it's because the Equitable law and Trust law began in the 14th century England Chancery court. It went defunct or whatever in the mid 1800's and it's only legacy continuation is in the place where ALL huge bankruptcy filings occur when CH 11 happens - the DELAWARE Court of Chancery.
