to be flat out honest with you i would have a very long drawn out explanation pertaining to that. given there are many variables to consider in a putting together a proper and well founded summation. this scenario doesnt pertain to sec filings, never did. i keep up with the court filings and the increasing strength they are revealing in the outcome of this matter.

we're in excellent shape legally and it will continue to grow stronger. nlst will bury micron in early 2024 and the rest will all follow suit in due time. i'll be the first to tell you it plain out sux having to wait this out. on the other hand, as of friday 12-1-23 we're looking real good going forward.

given the way our legal system works, which is criminal in my opinion, and the presence of heavy market manipulation. having made it this far just tells me nlst will have the future it deserves once litigation is finished.
