I'm afraid this will be trading back to its original .0002 and .0003 price range before long. The fact of the matter is that the system and method patent that is the basis for the BlackStar Digital Trading Platform TM (BDTPTM) is not workable under the current market regulations. The company's own statement in the S-1 warns that it could take years, if at all, between the SEC and FIRNA for this to change. I think we now can see why they were only able to attract capital at a rate of $116K for 44% of the outstanding share count. Lenders conduct actual due diligence.
