Their fiscal year ends 9/30---the last report they filed was for Q1 Dec 31, 2021---they haven't filed diddly since---soooooo, they are delinquent for Q2, Q3, and the 2022 annual----also delinquent for Q1, Q2, Q3 2023...

the next filing is the 2023 annual due Dec 31, 2023 along with the Q1 due Feb 15, 2024

these delinquent filings would be a clusterf^&% for a normal company, but since these guys basically don't change anything in filings except dates, a couple mouse clicks should do it LOL---that is if they ever intend to do ANYTHING here....

true to history, the move is already underway to the next ticker---they've submitted share amendments for PDIV with the Nevada SOS....
