anyone paying attention to what I’ve been saying (and of course other wise voices on this board), we’ve stayed away from labeling specific dates with respect to material events, obviously the patent first and foremost.
The only ones who really know exactly when are a small handful of USPTO staff.
It will happen, that much we know.
