In terms of math a $1billion event if all the authorized shares are in play would be $.20 so try to keep up, if you are arguing that the current outstanding be used it would be $.33, nor sure where the $.1 comes from.......that is really rudimentary math, like 4th grade.
I am simply trying to remain realistic. I would love to be surprised. I really doubt that the management team is going to just cave on the first offer, but for a lot of us even $1Billion would be a great outcome.

Because the professionals that are working on this are sworn to their fiduciary duty and would be committing professional suicide to not do so, I don't think either you or I have to worry that they will not get the best deal possible when weighing all of the facts, and I think it is very safe to say that none of us have more than a 10% understanding of the shit they are dealing with.
