One Thought, if I have selected the correct target in the LBH PLC's Distributions'Framework Agreement, the CTs' Guarantee says trust and not LBHI below. Therefore, pay the CTs'Holders now and terminate the CTs' Holders Guarantee and trust now, according to the language in the CTs' Prospectuses. Use any basis that you like, just send some Cash ASAP....
