My post you characterized as "a good one" used the word "colonized" referring to the economy in your post.
Another word for colonized is state capture. The objective measures used in my post contradict yours (less purchasing power, wealth accumulation for the 99% while that wealth from the economy you speak of is squirrelled away in unproductive or hidden super rich "15,000 people" caches).

This is an obvious solution example - make those squirrelling away pay:
