I just have so many questions. Like what happens to the preferred class created for the acquisition of JP Energy LLC?

So who is the share holder referenced in the. 8k?

It says they paid a deposit. Is that the 100k to JP energy llc?

Since they are no longer involved does it get returned?

Just seems like more smoke and mirrors… but maybe I’m wrong
