You are missing the part where JPE tried to change the agreement after the fact. That left an agreement that JPE was trying to renegotiate after the fact to have Nates supply more cash - $400K. That was not in the original agreement. Sounds to me like JPE reneged, which gave Nate's an opportunity to act on its own. I doubt this is the last move in this chess game. It isn't check mate yet.
