He is using our funds. He has collected millions this year alone.

It will be very interesting the response to this lawsuit. It may not be for a huge sum but I am relatively sure that the SEC and others will take note if Emil is found guilty of this civil violation. I am sure that Emil is likely to settle out of court with this individual. I doubt seriously that he will allow this to move to a trial. The amazing thing is this civil case will go to trial in a few short months and the more serious patent infringement case drags on for years.

I thought this case might stop Emil and Barbara from selling their shares. It has done nothing.

What will be interesting is to see if Barbara is allowed to purchase 10s of million of shares at .005 a share as she has in prior years. Let's hope this stops all Emil and Barbara's trading. I also hope someone here can read and post those documents. I am not paying the fee to see the documents filed.
