Just maybe....

The legitimacy of an SEC reporting/Fully Audited company was a necessity from the get go. Thats why John wanted to buy NHMD in the first place. Buy into a SEC reporting/Fully Audited company/stock. He already had BUYERS for commodities in China, however a few glitches hit. Maybe JP Energy was unable to get the audit required and that audit was necessary to get the letter of intent to be completed with the bank. Makes sense to me. That may be where the 400,000 dollar requirement and delay came from. Auditors and compliance fees. Why pay twice when NHMD is already audited?

BOOM they PIVOT with the help of some knowledgeable investors, commodity advisors/experts, and a broker that is highly regarded to partner with. I think it is the way you want to see a company operate. Find a way with the right people involved providing their solid expertise.

Happens all the time in business to get deals completed. THEY PIVOT: Save 400,000 in the early going and get the deals completed. The terms with the BUYER are much more lucrative because we have a SEC REPORTING/FULLY AUDITED COMPANY. I do not think John is out at all. Maybe a consultant at this point. I don't know.

I own two companies and I see creative strategies all the time to get deals done. Regulations, compliance, etc always can put a glitch into business dealings.

Nate, John, and others were able to come together to get this done. PERIOD!

REGARDLESS THIS IS LEGIT AND EFFECTIVE and properly reported in the 8K!

The potential only losers are the retail folks, submitted to constant bashing, that gave up and sold at the lows. We all witnessed today the massive $$ volume and there were buyers!! I wonder who those buyers are?

Happens all the time in the OTC! We will see how this unfolds but this sounds very promising to me.

Just a hypothetical possibility I came up with, but I feel something like this may have happened. Business deals with Pivots like this happen all the time!
