I think that having a legitimate registration number with the GACC to ship goods through China Customs is a good thing and is huge for NHMD. Especially since they have a buyer that is willing to skip the letters of credit from banks process and front the cash to pay 30% of the contract monthly equating to paying $6.2 Million per month for the next 12 months. This is actually a better deal. I think the market needs to see some shipping documents after everything closes later this week along with the name of the buyer in China to add some credibility and validity to this deal.

The cash dividend piece from this deal could be a huge trump card too.
