junior miner is a SCAM.

That's part of the problem.....you seem to think AABB is a "junior miner". Unaudited, fake management, imaginary mines, and a ludicrously bad toxic loan. AABB is not a junior miner, it's a P&D. An insider dilution scam. And criminally fraudulent.

Sadly, you don't know the difference.
