My guess is the “merger” simply never happens. It is likely that IGEN paid PROLOG a fee in shares for allowing them to use their name in what so far has been only talk. How long does it take to consummate a serious merger, after all?? How long have they been at this? We are headed into 2024 and the latest IGEN “news” is they are now “limited information” and have a Yield Sign on the OTCMarkets web site. That’s what I call progress!!! WAY TO GO MR. CHAN MAN!!!
