$21 TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE...same $0.000001 bid/ask swaps in the expert market. It's not like anything has suddenly changed to allow trading...that was always the case. But what's the point rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic after it's already on the bottom of the ocean?
