Mr. Sharp was engaged as a consultant by
OTC Markets Group, Inc.

In less then 3 weeks
George has applied for custodianship,
was granted custodianship
and now has reincorporated the company ticker
after being revoked for years.

If that doesn't say buy this stock I don't know what does.

Previous management
tried to name change and ticker change
but failed to do so, that's why they stopped filing
and keeping it up-to-date.
That's how it eventually got revoked,
until today!

That's why George got it so easily and cheap.
This is a clean slate for something new
