Some of you think Nasrat only paid $5 million for the Adderall. I seriously doubt a company would sell the rights to a price that would payoff the cost in 2 years. I believe it was more like a 5 year payoff period (at the revenue being generated at that time, of course). That was well out of range of what Elite could afford. If Elite had bought them we wouldn't have 3 needle movers on the horizon, we would probably just be about to or just barely paid off the debt. In fact our first needle mover probably wouldn't be hitting until late 2024 best case. This would mean we would be latter to the market thus getting lower market share. Not to mention we probably wouldn't have Kirkov because he joined to bring the needle movers to market. Thus we could be sitting in a position of Lannett bailing and our trying to make our own market with someone who is incompetent (we had many such CEOs....good people are hard to find for any company much less a small one like Elite).
If you think Elite would of made twice what it did, think again. Lanette wasn't trying and they might of tried even less hard if we were making more money. Lanette is a competitor that definitely doesn't want us to succeed. They might of just said sell enough for Elite to keep the lights on.
You probably didn't buy a ton of shares at $0.03 or $0.04, lets say it was because you didn't think you could afford it. Now that it is close to $0.15 do you expect someone to sell those to you now at $0.03 or $0.04? You shouldn't but who knows given you think Nasrat should do the equivalent for the Adderall rights he bought. BTW, I don't care that he is CEO. Being CEO doesn't mean he has to fund or support the company with his personal money. In fact a successful CEO doesn't use any of his own money because he can sell investors on supporting the company. Elite was given the option to buy and Carter said they couldn't afford it. Nasrat took it to the board and the board agreed. Case, closed boat sailed on the price negotiated then. The person who bought those rights, despite it being Nasrat, is not obligated to sell them to Elite.
As for Mikah operating, its obviously in Nasrat's contract to be allowed to keep Mikah running as a business and it is the boards responsibility to monitor Nasrat's actions with respect to that operation. The board is obviously fine with it.
Your baby whining isn't going to change anything so how about shutting up about it. Its getting tiresome and you come across pretty entitled and unable to deal with the reality of life. I'm asking that of not only to you personally but everyone complaining about Mikah buying what Elite's board decided the company shouldn't buy.
